The event “Utah Helps Valparaiso” will be held Saturday, June 21^st 2014 at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, West Valley City.  This event is intended to support families in Chile that were affected on April 12^th, 2014 by a big wildfire in Valparaiso, Chile.

The fire destroyed at least 2500 homes, leaving about 9000 people homeless. The biggest concern at this time is that these families will be experiencing extremely hardship during the cold and rainy winter ahead in the next couple month.
